Once Orders placed cannot be cancelled for any reason


Return and Refunds

We check each and every product multiple times for any damages or defects before dispatching. We don’t accept any RETURNS or EXCHANGES unless the received product is damaged in transit. 
In any such unfortunate case, you must notify us immediately by sending the unboxing video and image of the damaged product on  by email (sriviseshamsarees@gmail.com) within 24 hours of receiving your order. 
In case your return is accepted, you immediately need to send us the product back to our address (courier charges need to be borne by the customer) After receiving the returned product, we will approve the return once we check the product.
Once the return is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 days (after deducting the initial shipping charges). We will not be able to process any RETURN or EXCHANGE if we were not notified about in the given time period.
Please note we dont accept any request for Refunds.
